Placements :-
A lot of tier 1 companies visits the college during placements.If one posses good grades and good communication skills, getting an offer is not so difficult.
TCS was the mass recruiter on my period.Also companies like Tata Elxsi,Envestnet,Mu Sigma,Wipro,Good Methods Gobal,Qburst were there.
College have an active placement cell which takes care of aptitude training for students and ensures different company visits.
Infrastructure :-
Comparing to other engineering colleges in Kerala MACE have a good infrastructure facility. It has feature rich labs, maintained by experienced staffs.Free Wifi is available throughout the college and hostel, but is restricted.Personally i'm not a fan medical facilities campus provides.There is a waiting room for girls an that's it.College has a central library which is big enough and is open to all students.Each departments have separate library with course specific books.The canteen food and atmosphere is also good.Many grounds,courts,swimming pool are there for students.
Faculty and Curriculam :-
The college follows KTU course pattern. Previously it was affiliated to MG university Kottayam. As you know the B.tech syllabus is hectic. To complete the course in a good way require a lot of struggles from students side.In MACE every year an inter state tech fest "Takshak" and arts fest "Sanskriti" is conducted. These are the platforms were students can show their extra curricular skills and all.Coming to faculty area, the college is owned and controlled by few Jacobite families around Kothamangalam. Their attitude towards students are so pathetic. It's a common scene were students fails for exams lacking internal marks.The only thing i hate about the college is faculty show offs.
